DMCA Policy
Quote In Seconds respects copyright. Businesses and their customers can upload photos and files. If you believe something on our service infringes your copyright, send us a notice as described below.
How to Submit a Takedown Notice
Send a written notice to our designated agent by email or mail. Your notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed.
- The location of the material you want removed, such as a page address, with enough detail for us to find it.
- Your name, address, phone number and email.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
We remove or disable access to the material and notify the person who posted it.
Counter-Notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, send our agent a counter-notice with:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- A description of the material removed and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, outside the U.S., any district where we may be found) and will accept service from the person who sent the original notice.
We forward the counter-notice to the original complainant. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they filed a court action, we may restore the material within 10 to 14 business days.
Repeat Infringers
We close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright, when appropriate.
