Terms of Service

We provide instant price estimates and booking requests for independent service businesses. Each business sets its own services, prices and schedule. We are not a party to the work between a business and its customer.

Prices shown are estimates based on what you tell us. The business confirms the final price and time before the visit. Submitting a request does not create a confirmed appointment or a contract. We never collect payment from customers through the quote flow.

Business accounts are set up by our team. Account holders must be at least 18, keep their login secure, and are responsible for the prices, services, content and customer communication they publish. Plan fees, billing and cancellation follow the agreement made with each business at onboarding.

Do not submit false requests, upload unlawful or infringing content, try to break or overload the service, or use it to send spam.

We may suspend accounts or remove content that breaks these terms.

You keep ownership of photos, logos and text you upload. You give us permission to host and display them to run the service. Copyright complaints follow our DMCA Policy.

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the work performed by any business. Our total liability is limited to the fees the business paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. We may update them and will post the new date above.
