• Quote details you enter: services, answers, address, preferred date and time, and any photos.
• Contact details: name, phone and email.
• Business account details: name, email and date of birth (checked for eligibility, then not kept for anyone under 13).
• Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the service secure and working.

We use your information to calculate estimates, send your request to the business you chose, send confirmations, check service areas, prevent spam and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.

• The business you request a quote from, which uses it to contact you and do the work.
• Service providers that host data, send email, look up addresses (such as OpenStreetMap or Google) and block spam.
• Tools a business adds to its own quote page, such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel.
• Authorities when the law requires it.

We use cookies needed to sign in and run the service. We do not use session recording tools.

All fonts are served from our own servers, so loading a page does not send your address to a font provider.

The service is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We keep request data while the business account is active or as the law requires, and protect it with access controls and encryption in transit.
